The Federal Student Right-to-Know, Crime Awareness and Campus Secuity Act, now cited as the "Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Secuity Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act" and herein identified as the "Cleary Act," requires institutions of higher education to annually prepare and publish a report concerning campus crime statistics and security policies. The report is distributed to all current studnets and employees, as well as to all prospective students and employees on www.metrotech.edu. The report contains annual specific campus crime and arrest statistics and campus policies and practices inteneded to promote crime awareness, campus safety and security.
